removal, traffic control infrastructure (signs and
signals), toll road management, Delaware Division of
Motor Vehicles, the Delaware Transit Corporation
(branded as "DART First State", the state government
public transportation organization), among others.
Almost ninety percent of the state's public roadway

remaining public road miles are under the
supervision of individual municipalities.
